Please make sure to change the password in your Cashier once you log in to your account for the one you would like to have after such resetting.

Can I have more than one account?

BellagioSlot allows only one active account per person, family, household address, email address, credit card number and device. Creation of more than one account can result in winnings being voided and all your accounts being terminated.

How do I get my Match bonus?

Match Bonuses may only be redeemed on top of deposits that have not yet been played. You can redeem your bonus by contacting Customer Support via Live Chat, phone or email.

I never received my Match bonus. Why? What can I do?

What is Playthrough/Wagering?

Wagering is total amount of money your need to place bets for to convert your playable balance into the real one. Therefore, in case you play with a bonus you shall not be able to request withdraw before the wagering required is completed. What is Max Cash Out?

Some bonuses come with maximum cash out amount limit. It means that once you complete the wagering required you can only withdraw up to the maximum cash out value determined by the bonus conditions. Therefore, in case your playable balance amount exceeds the maximum cash out amount and you would like to request for the withdrawal, Finance department will void the funds above the reached max cash out amount upon processing your request for the withdrawal.

Can I play with multiple bonuses?

Please note that you can play with only one bonus at a time.

How to remove the bonus from the account?

How do I make a deposit?

When the documents are approved, it takes up to 5-7 business days to process the withdrawal. Once the withdrawal is approved, Player will receive an email with details about the withdrawal status.
